With all the bias and divide going on, and especially with the media fomenting garbage and doing what they can to fester the mindset of the continent.... how about this:
The "good" people of the continent need to start "flipping the narrative". And by that, I mean whomever has a business that is hiring or looking for someone to fill a/some positions, they start AND end with:
HUMANS ONLY NEED APPLY
If you want some fine print, because you think that needs to be categorized better, then you can add "the HIGHEST or MOST qualified HUMAN will be offered the position.
I say all this, because it is absolutely stupid and demoralizing to simply grant a position to a HUMAN BEING solely based on their plumbing system. It is also absolutely stupid and demoralizing to simply grant a position to a HUMAN BEING solely based on their "reproductive interests."
This premise covers pretty-much ALL areas and venues of society. It isn't just about jobs, either. But it IS about taking away the talking points as well as the catch-phrases-of-the-week.
And it is also about getting back to the basics of HUMAN BEINGS before the rest of us don't have any letters/numbers/symbols/insinuations because they're all begin gobbled up by 'those who don't know what they are anymore.'
