Butler Creek flip covers are pretty much de rigeur

I ordered Butler Creek Clear Blizzard Scope Cover Size 9
70209 ( 2.0 - 2.10 inch )for the objective and Size 4 70204
( 1.5 - 1.59 inch )for the eyepiece.

They are a hair too tight and therefore do not latch down well. They constantly flip open.
