fluted barrel coating

anyone recommend someone who can coat fluted barrels? two tone colors? definitely need to take the shine out of the stainless steel and reflection.

alternative is just to rattle can the whole thing and be done with it which i might just do, but we all like well done coating and a clean finish. these are prefits

ive decided with the cost, im just going to do a solid color. for a barrel burner caliber, thats all i really need
