I was thinking about getting a tactical fluted bolt for my remington 700. Does any company specifically specialize in these? And when I do purchaes one where can i get in headspaced? Will any local place like dicks or gander mountain do it?

You should assume the new bolt will require you to enlist the services of a <span style="font-style: italic">competenet</span> gunsmith.
Maybe you're local gander mountain "smith" is competent, but mine isn't.
My suggestion is to hold off on a replacement bolt until you are getting your rifle rebarreled and tuned up.
If you do in fact go consider going with the GM gunsmith - I would look through his portfolio closely.
