In a van, down by the river.
Welp, there I was at work when I got a call of someone asking for options of what to do with a firearm located when cleaning out a recently deceased relative's belongings. Not unusual.

They initially inquired about turning in the pictured pistol to be destroyed....

I immediately said, "Whoa there... let's not do anything rash." I've never seen a pistol like this one but it's like a downsized Colt 32ACP Auto. They requested I help them find out more info about the pistol...

So, I turn to the trusty pit of gun guru's here at the Hide.

I have found out a little about the "baby browning" but all of the pictures I've seen are models which don't have the slide lock/safety.

Anyone know anything about this cool little guy? Value, etc?

    Thanks all.

That isn't a Baby Browning. It is a 1905 or 1906 FN. They are often confused. The baby Browning is the 1931 model with no grip safety.
