Gunsmithing FN SPR/PBR question

Are the SPR's and PBR's both chrome lined bores?
Or just the SPR's?

I have a PBR barrel that I wanted to rechamber to 30-06, but if it's chrome lined, I assume the chrome would then flake off/be destroyed...?

I'm pretty sure the PBR's are chrome lined as well.

I just got home and shined a light in it....
doesn't "look" chrome lined,
is it visible? Like on an AR barrel?

SPR yes chrome lining.

PBR no chrome. At least not the ones Ive seen from CDNN.

Yes it should be visible just like on an AR.

Are you planning on using the barrel on the PBR action after you rechamber to '06?

If so, you'll have a helluva problem feeding and ejecting!!!

You will have a rough time getting an 06 fit in that short action.
