Form 1 supressors mass denial.

I also don't like that, throughout this all, WK's major concern has seemingly always been the folks that DIDN'T follow the proper channels to build an F1.

I think he's saying this about the "drilled without a F1" group simply because they are the group that is obviously, unambiguously, clearly in violation of the law.

We still don't know anything about the ATF's stance on the first two groups, so discussion about them is just clickbait and hot air at the moment.

Has anyone seen the actual indictments for the guys involved with Diversified Machine? I can't find my PACER login anywhere.

It might have been the machine guns and completed cans they had in their possession that really got them busted….

The ATF is in clear violation of the law.

Yes

I'd heard about the completed cans that didn't have tax stamps, but the machine guns are new to me.

As previously noted, guys making the news with NFA convictions usually have broken multiple laws along the way. It's almost never a single act. I certainly don't advocate breaking any applicable laws, but it does appear that a level of dumbassery beyond simple negligence is required to get into serious trouble.

I’ll also throw out there that; when you are holding a letter from the ATF that says “surrender the illegal parts that we know that you have, because we have the books from the vendor you bought them from,” it is too late to “take a lesson from those smoker-head lawyers......SHUT THE FUCK UP!” It’s time to engage an attorney…

Did you get one of those fishing letters? Been following this situation? Curious, honest, question.

Interesting wording, they were. Implying that someone is currently in possession of something. Keeping in mind that DM sold more than just "kits" (that's what the glowie bought, for the record). His family members, who never bought anything, got those letters. They seized his stamps.com account. There were also a lot of parts bought/sold, that had already been long ruled to be unregulated (brakes, end caps, adapters,...).

The best advise; for ANYONE who receives/received that letter, is in fact to SHUT THE FUCK UP, seek legal counsel, and proceed from there. DO NOT make contact without first contacting an attorney.

And yes, they were blatantly in violation of some well intact laws.

Man thought he had God given rights protected by the constitution and was sorely mistaken. That is but a fairy tale to give just a bit of hope to keep the peasant class in line. He is just another soon forgotten casualty of the state with many more sure to come. Long live the constitution. Back the blue. Thank a soldier. Everyone sing along. “Oh say can you see.........”

Paraphrasing the end of the video “if you know when you will be taking your last breath, and an organization like the ATF drove you to that point, there are better ways to take that last breath.”

Is that a call to arms? Not exactly the typical “if you are having suicidal thoughts, here is a support number to call…”

If that is what he meant, then he's still not wrong. These tyrannical dickbags need to be stopped. They have become ever-increasingly tyrannical since Blow Jiden took the oval orifice. I mean, nobody ever wanted it to get to that point, but these relentless asshats have refused to stop violating the 2nd Amendment, and at record pace. Same with Congress and the White House. When checks and balances fail to uphold the Constitution, that duty falls on We The People's hands...According to our Founding Fathers.

A dude talking about how the guy committed suicide the day before sentencing because the atf changed their mind on what was not illegal until they changed their mind with no change in laws. It was 4 minutes of that.
I knew that would get taken down quickly. The last thing he said in the video was. Not a quote, but pretty close. If because of this shit, you get to the point where your going to take your own life there are other things you could do.

Thanks. I saw that guy's follow up posted somewhere else. And there was a lot of talk about it on the F1 board. A definite tragedy; but didn't have to be this way.

I never knew the man, but RIP Chris Ridenour. Your legal endeavors were definitely embraced by the community.
