sent paper work back in late aug check cashed sept 4 2012. anybody have updated wait times for form4 paperwork to come back,getting alittle tired of waiting for an answer. anybody send paperwork in around the same time,get an answer yet? thanks for the info!!

To give you a point of reference, mine went pending on 13 Sep 12 and was approved on 28 Feb 13. It sounds like yours should be approved soon, so call the ATF and ask for your status: (304) 616-4500. You'll need the serial number, and the name of the dealer that's performing the transfer.

This^^^ and or call your dealer and see if they've received your paperwork.
I had to call mine today after waiting 15 days after being approved and found out that they had it all along.... sh*t....
Sent my paperwork in at the same time. Check cashed Aug. 8th. Got my stamp/paperwork on Feb. 6th; the suppressor the next day. Dana Pickles is my examiner.

They seem to be running really slow right now. I had three suppressors from two different sources take just shy of 7 weeks for a dealer to dealer transfer. That is quite a bit longer than the three to four weeks that I am used to. Although my wait times could be off since it has been over a year since I have transferred anything.
had my form 1 go pending on sept 4 12 amd it was approved feb 20 and stamp recieved on the 27th. should be very soon for you.
Sent in 2 forms (SBR and HTG Cycle 3 .45 can) on 8/20/12 and got them back yesterday 3/8/13. Still waiting for 2 more stamps, one mailed 9/20 (HTG Predator) and one 10/18 (SWR Specter ll). Waiting for my dealer to get 2 new cans in so I can spend another 400 on the "wait and wait" program. (Specwar and Osprey45)
My check was cashed 10/10/12 and figured 6 months or so like my previous ones. Just hit 150 days and was hoping for just another 30, sounds like it will be longer.I try not to follow it too closely because it's too aggravating.
