Forum noob having Tapatalk issues...

I've been a long time reader on these forums, and just tried the Tapatalk app for the first time. Every time I try to log in, it tells me my user name is already taken and asks me to reset my password, but when I reset it the app still won't let me log in. Anybody out there have suggestions or tips to get the app to work? Any help would be appreciated.

Any help out there? I tried the Tapatalk forums and there were others getting the same error but no answers. Has anyone overcome this?

I have tap talk for my galaxy note 2 and it works fine.my guess would be it's in your settings........

Make sure you are putting the correct password in.
