Found this baby at Home Depot after looking at Menards & Fleet Farm. Made in Israel by Husky(better than made in China)
Ive got my "Slingshot" rest, DR rear bag, caliper elbow rest, Mosquito repellant and a few other items Ill need when going to the range come May 1st. Of course the lids on top open for the smaller stuff, on the left Ive got my ammo, comparator, 5-0-5 scale for reloading at the range & screw driver. For now it seems to be the perfect range box for my needs. $46.95+tax.
Yeah, couldve bought the Stanley Big max but thought it might be hard getting it off the end of my truck tailgate.

Gorski,
I hope you can find humor in this, as I'm laughing while typing, but there's nothing that radiates "pop me in the kiester" more than a cart at the range. Shit, the women around here man up and carry their stuff to the bench!

I always look into solutions like this for all the range gear I like to bring but struggle with the fact that it seems my range gear is different for each rifle I'm bringing. Might be nice to get something like this to keep tools, extra cleaning kits, targets, etc. in and then I can still pack a range bag for each rifle.

Are the ladies in Wyoming reloading at the range as well? Ive got this to haul up to my bench, too. It's all about saving time, range isnt open everyday you know.

I apologize for the humor, I see it wasn't welcome. In all my years shooting, I've never witnessed anyone loading at the range.

Looks like you are getting things dialed in nice. I have been using the Stanley Fat Max. I put the press and all the stuff I need to load and clean in it. I still take the slingshot and rear bag in a very sexy milk crate (having three sons worth of ammo, eyes, and ears burns up space fast). I am still keeping my eyes out for something waterproof and suitable to bring it all in one box.

I've heard of many people reloading at the range but have never witnessed it. Assuming you can avoid the wind and such I don't see why it wouldn't work. I personally wouldn't do it just because of the hassle but whatever.

I've also more commonly heard of folks reloading in their hotel room after day one of a competition to have ammo for day two. While it seems that setting up in a hotel room would be more controlled and precise I'd still prefer to just load it all at home. The last thing I want to do the night between the two days of competing is have to reload.

Thanks for the info. I just bought the 22" cantilever tool box and am pretty impressed with it. My current range bag has lots of pockets, but can never find the small crap. The top see through bins are perfect.

I may consider this for pistol range days as I tend to carry a lot of pistol ammo and the stuff is heavy.

Wow! Your reloading headquarters is right next to your gas hot water heater. Get a NASA patch and ride that baby to the moon. Of course maybe its safer than it looks storing gunpowder, cleaning fluids, and such near natural gas and pilot lights.

Yeah, I got everytning sealed up so it's no problem,LOL
Milo, I didnt mind the humor, believe me Im more of a joker than you might think, Im never really serious, persay, LOL.
Loading at the range will be more convenient than coming home, reloading, then coming back to the range on another day or the same day and wasting gas, as far as the wind goes all I need to do is find the load that was most accurate, throw the charge and weigh it, charge the case and seat the bullets. And, I could always ask the rangemaster if I could use his building if the wind comes up, hopefully I go out when there's no wind all day.
