I ordered a Scorpion today and hope to have it Monday. How many of you guys run one? I've been running one of the original Foxpros for a while. It is the one without remote. I've playing call sequences through it off of my ipod. I hope the scorpion will allow me a bit more control over what I play and when.

You will like the remote, now their attention is at the caller and not on you. I have the fx5 and 3, its nice having them sit 10-75 yards away and you have control(volume and sound) over them and the decoy.

Hope for colder weather with some snow soon for better calling

I like mine. It's real handy to stick in a pants pocket or external pack pocket when hiking to different spots. Very clear, and plenty loud. I've called them in without additional speaker in some very large NM country. Louder isn't always better, but I do carry the little external speaker in pack if I think I need it to beat a stiff wind.

I mainly use hand calls but picked up the scorpion and I like it so far. I have he new remote with the fox bang feature and that seems to work well. Best part is it fits right into a coat pocket and doesn't weigh much. Good luck.
