FPSRussia Snitching On His Neighbors

That son of a bitch should be in jail for killing his business partner.

He got railroaded by the Atf, according to his account. He claims one of the felonies he was accused of was modifying a serial # on a firearm that had simply been coated for a color change. If I remember correctly the number was still visible through the coating. Moral of the story? Tape off those Serial #s.....😳

My understanding is he that spent time in jail, lost his guns and gun rights .

But he was guilty of possessing a controlled substance (like someone we all know and love) which is a violation of Federal law. I wouldnt be surprised if the murder provoked the search as they "Wanted to get him ofr something."

Some weed right? Yea this whole thing with state legal weed but Feds using it against gun owners is quite scandalous really.

Last I saw was the guys Dad running around claiming he did it. Zero proof other than "I know it was him!"

Oddly enough, Kyle had the most to lose from the death. He had no motive as the channel died without his partner.

my understanding is he was killed sitting at his desk, execution style. there was no forced entry or struggle, which means he knew the person who entered and killed him, and probably didnt see that person as a threat.

the safe was also opened and the security camera recording and storage equipment was gone. How many people knew it was there? how many people could open the safe using the combo?

that FPSrussia guy has refused to sit and be interviewed about the murder by media, even though this was supposedly his "best friend" who was killed. all he agreed to do was to answer a couple of questions emailed to him, and he would film himself giving the answers.

all of its pretty suspicious and, yes its speculation, but his actions dont jive with a guy who is innocent.

i also got the feeling that GBI couldnt pin the murder on him and so they roused him up on some drug stuff since thats as good as they could do. im not saying its right, im just saying thats what i interpret from all of it.

He's smart that's why. If I was in his position I also wouldn't say a fucking word to ANYONE about the incident. Want to talk with me? My lawyer would be doing all the talking, not me.

thats absolutely his right. hes not been charged, and he's not a person of interest, according to the cops. but yes, he should sit down with the media flanked by his lawyer to tell us how he feels about his best friend being murdered.

And we're sure it couldn't have been any other person that he knew? He couldn't have left the safe unlocked (I know a surprising number of people who do this while they're around)?

He was smart enough to know he would get attention seeing as how he had the largest youtube channel at the time. He went through a lawyer for everything as everyone should.

Innocent until proven guilty.

Obviously he was investigated and there wasn't any evidence beyond speculation. You start having witch hunts on speculation and we're all doomed.

For what it's worth, I still think Kyle is a douche.

"If you are doing nothing wrong, then you have nothing to hide."

I swear some of you I thought were smarter than this.

obviously, my opinion doesnt mean anything. and just because he isnt charged, doesnt mean he didnt do it. and the opposite is also true. See Kyle Rittenhouse, as an example there.

i dont get the hero worship of this guy. and i definitely agree with you on your last sentence.

Dont put words into my mouth. he absolutely has every right to do what he wants and he's obviously played it correctly has hes not been arrested or charged.

"but yes, he should sit down with the media flanked by his lawyer to tell us how he feels about his best friend being murdered."

I didn't put these words in your mouth. If you don't like what your words mean you should pick different words.

Unless this is the worst written bit of sarcasm I've ever seen?

i thought it was obviously sarcasm. he doesnt need to do anything. he can have them there or not. would it affect public opinion? probably, but everything does. would it affect the investigation? probably not. should it? no.

Dude made me laugh and for that I liked him. All the rest of this stuff is really none of my business so I don't really have an opinion. Judge not lest ye be judged and all that. We have a system in place and I'm sure if they could pin it on him they would have. There obviously was just no evidence against him.

Not that I plan on having reporters ask me any questions, however with the media today if they so much as asked me what day it was, I’d refer them to my legal counsel. If the media is asking you questions, it’s not because they want to let the public know what a paragon of virtue you are.
