I thought I'd try the Frankford Arsenal Universal Seating Die. Man, it's cheap. I got it for about $55. I have to admit that I was surprised that the runout was within 2-thou on the Lapua brass and Sierra Matchking bullets I assembled as a test. It was likely more the bullets and brass than the die but it still showed that the die was capable of sticking it in the hole pretty straight.
The big limitation is that there are only 3 seating stems and the biggest sleeve is .338. I have heard that other manufactures' stems and sleeves may fit. Does anyone have any info about what might interchange with this die?
