Free legal advice.

We have a vacancy for an audacious dick, and he's auditioning? That's only a guess.

In the context where you are a criminal suspect the advice is very good. If you were a witness or a victim I do not think it applies. In other circumstances it could be a difficult decision. It can be worth it to have an attorney to be with you.

That should be required watching for everybody, really.

I know, I know. Cops can do no wrong, and if you've done nothing wrong, you've got nothing to worry about.

Trouble comes up, though, when you don't know that what you're doing is wrong **here**, and while whatever you're doing may be perfectly fine in 70+% of the rest of the country, **here** it is a felony or something. Provide the information you have to, however it is you have to, be polite, understand that the officer is just doing his job, but don't go volunteering information about any damn thing, because it might get you thrown in jail.

and there's like hundreds of other examples of how it is generally better to just stfu, and don't consent to searches.

As for 500grain, hell, if ArmyJerry doesn't like him, he must really suck.

well as bad as I might rant on some shitbag cops, I never relish or gloat when any cop gets killed, this douche has crossed that line.
You must have played a different video. The video I watched just gave a list of reasons not so speak to the police. It advocated harm to no one. It only suggested that we use our Fifth Amendment rights, and offered gratitude to our forefathers for those rights.

If you were a witness or a victim I do not think it applies.

A witness in the John Allen Muhammed DC sniper case reported to the police that he heard shots come from a large sedan. The cops charged him with giving false information to a police officer because they thought a mini van was being used. Mr. Muhammed was eventually arrested in a large sedan (Chevy Caprice).

An expert on anthrax offered to help the FBI with the 2001 anthrax investigation. The FBI investigated the anthrax expert and leaked to the press that they thought he did it. The guy went through hell for 5 years thanks to Robert Mueller.

Does anyone remember Richard Jewell? His life was ruined when he reported a backpack full of pipe bombs at the Olympics. Oh well. Maybe it is better to not be a witness.

And then there is General Flynn:
