Front support bags used in competition

In a variety of videos and pics from on the move long range competitions I noticed that quite a few cometitors are using front end support bags with a strap that goes over the front end so they do not have to take the bag off when moving from one position to another. Does anyone know if they have made these themselves or whether they are on the market?

Wiebad Todd tac pillow. And pump pillow. They also make a barricade bag that's a lot smaller.

Another good bag for a front rest is the Straight Laced Gear Bag, IMO...
