I got an XD competition 9mm , put the Powder River trigger in it and I love it . Ran it shooting steel and improved greatly over my times and placing with my .45 . So now I've just found out about the Cool Fire Trainer and the don't make it for my gun . Are you effin kiddin me ?
They make it for Bersa and Taurus but not an XDM Competition . Guy I work with was checkin it out with me and found they make one for his CZ . Dick Head broke my frikin balls all day .
The Cool Fire is a replacement barrel and laser that is CO2 charged and actually cycles your slide with every trigger pull . Laser pulse with every trigger pull . So effin close but so frikin far . Like the Holy Grail of dry fire .

Holy fuck, thanks for the heads up! I have a CZ SP-01 and they make a kit for it.

Now's I just need a good camera that can do ~150fps and a projector and I can whip up a little simulation game like they do with virtual battlespace! Tits!

Cool fire just needs to make a AR kit now! I was looking at the other options from the shoot off app, but it looks like all of them you have to use there version of a gun. How fun would it be to have a bolt gun version, and the IOTA and some little bitty targets to practice on inside......hmmmmm

Dunno about that, the creator has a preference for IR since you can't see it, but hit detection doesn't seem to care what wavelength you're on so long as its not what you'd see in the background images.

I'm going to reach out to him tomorrow about that, and also becoming a contributor.
