100% that is (now GySgt, I think) K--- Ellison, USMC.

FWIW, that dude used to whine about everything when he was a Sergeant. Went on recruiting duty about the time I retired, and stayed out there as a career fleet dodger (career recruiter). Hard manual work wasn't his thing.

Definitely meme material, but I would have suspected under other circumstances 😄.

Finally saw someone I recognized in a meme. Hopefully it's not me someday.

A while ago I went on a search for a new mask for in my shop. I hung around wood working forums and general "fix your car" forums to see what was new.

The old one I had:

Was just too big and bulky, aside it was many years old and the nose part had started to tear. Got my limited use out of it. I decided to get something smaller. Now I was researching right after covid, and this info was just coming out. It was tap dancing in a mine field when asking about masks as a noob in some of the wood working forums. I hate wood, so I was a brand new person there. Sent to band camp quite often. But I did learn the masks "everyone wore" really did jack for things like wood dust. Just like she said, they just don't seal, and are really to keep your buggers and slobber from leaving your face. They call them nuance masks across the board. They don't stop wood dust and that is about a billion times larger then a virus, it is not going to work. And even in old threads they say if you do wear one toss it right after, don't reuse it over and over, the nasty inside will make you sick, and if you have some form of plastic one clean it with alcohol after use.....or at least once and a while. The nasty usually dies if not wet and warm, so if you use it once a month you are ok, but it is still just gross.

I have done that, I have also tipped over 200% before. Oddly enough the wife supported both decisions.

I was at a place that was a pay at the table, they had this little computer deal there. I paid early, I like to eat and go. The waitress came by and said I think you entered the tip in wrong, It was like $100 on a $30 meal. I asked how much did I enter. She said $100. I said no that is what I wanted to put in, but that was $100, yes I know, and thank you for the service. She really did not know what to say.

I have a VERY small throat, think 5 yr old child small, I also have a very dry mouth. Makes eating very difficult. Things "get stuck" quite often. I need to drink A LOT when I eat. If you keep that glass full you have a real good chance of getting a good tip. I don't go into that level of detail but explains why I have issues eating. She was not the first to come back and say I made a mistake.
