This is no joke and trucks pulling away from the dock with a forklift inside happens more often than you think with serious injury of death often the result. Been developing and construction large distribution facilities for over 30 years and its pretty routine today to be installing trailer restraints to prevent such.

You dont have to work around a loading dock long to see some really dumb stuff happen. Lift operators driving through closed dock doors and off the dock entirely, dock levelers being used wrong and getting caught by a lift on the way out, drivers putting their forks through the front and sides of the trailer, truck drivers wrecking dock skirts, people not chocking trailer wheels or using restraints and pushing the trailer off the dock as the lift enters, all just part of the fun. Nobody notices the good truck drivers and lift operators but the bad ones get plenty of attention.

I couldn't count the major repairs we have performed on warehouses from brain dead forklift operators. I have scabbed countless steel columns from being stabbed by a fork and in one instance a 10" square tube column was completely sheared. Required setting jacks to lift the structure demo to the footing so we could replace the entire column. the operator was fired on the spot and it cost the tenant a good chunk of change.

2 100% of the female Naval Aviators also failed this test. They were distracted by the wide choice of doughnuts.

The answer :
There's a mouse on one of the doughnuts. Don't tell me you saw it. I won't believe you!!

Man that just makes me sick. Over twenty years as a Firefighter Paramedic and some of the worst cases I have ever taken care of are burn patients. That person changed their life forever in those split seconds. You just can’t fix stupidity and I guess that is job security for me but still...
