Join the contestI can’t remember that weirdo’s name but he’s funny as shit too
That’s it, thanks. That would be "the big red machine" William Montgomery.
Very cool.
My death would be spectacular and rather embarrassing to the rest of the team.
I forgot which tech CEO it was, I think it was the President of analog devices tried to repel himself into a company meeting being held at Boston Garden. Analog devices was a pretty rich company back in the 90s. So the rig that he was descending from got completely, tangled up and messed up and here was the CEO hanging upside down 100 feet up in the air in front of the entire company staff. The fire department could come and rescue him.
It was a good thought, but his PR department should’ve talked him out of it
Cheers .
Ray Stata… I think that’s who it was.
Good guy. Billionaire who drove the same 1970’s country squire station wagon he had owned since starting the company to work every day.
Parking lot was filled with Ferrari and Audi and Porsches belonging to millionaire staff after their IPO. And there’s Ray Stata driving his POS wagon every single day. I liked the guy!!
Sirhr
Lucky your Costco sells diesel. Only one in the entire state here and it's not easy to get to from the Interstate.
Rifle was the one I was thinking of. The gas /diesel wars at 119/25 usually have the cheapest prices.I thought the one off Harmony in Ft Collins had Diesel?
It isnt too bad to get into.
The one just N of 470 and 25 is a crap show to get in and out of.
I dont go there.
Tymnath and Gypsum are the ones on their site.Rifle was the one I was thinking of. The gas /diesel wars at 119/25 usually have the cheapest prices.
YesRifle was the one I was thinking of. The gas /diesel wars at 119/25 usually have the cheapest prices.
I think officially that one is Tymnath.Tymnath and Gypsum are the ones on their site.
A bit east of 25 the Murphy's has the same or better prices, and way easier to navigate.Yes
Frequently Im not patient enough for the idiots to get those cheap prices.
Nearly got hit like 6 times waiting once. Always someone trying to jockey to a line.
Cali plates and Audi drivers are of course the ones I remember.
I went to Hayes for their fresh butchered chicken and was stunned at how that town is apartmentville.I think officially that one is Tymnath.
Aka, ft collins suburbia.
That area has exploded and kinda sucks now.
My brother is near Johnstown and its a completely hideous crap show of housing going up.
No longer a quiet smaller town.
Ours was Harvest gold... or maybe ivory. But that was the phone... It was not green.
On the edge of change. I can still remember my mother having to come to the school, either kindergarten or first grade. Because I was taught that our phone number was "JU8-3757" And the school would have none of that, old outdated way! I had to learn the modern way, they didn't use letters anymore! I guess I was having none of it either, so they had to call my mother in. Which is insane really. Make someone come in and talk to the teacher or principal about that in the middle of the school day. I guess not much has changed in the overreach department.I still have the same home phone number from when I was in elementary school....
