When I was on active duty, I met a lot of Vietnam era POWs as well as a ton of WWII prisoners. Many of the Vietnam era POWs were crippled beyond belief. The WWII POWs didn't have as many physical problems but still had the emotional scars. I will never forgot their stories.

I miss when our lazy worthless housecats would do this when they were younger. Our smaller girl would chase her brother and swipe his back legs out from under him then pounce for the kill. We have a sectional couch that they would use as a banked turn during the chase scenes too. We actually spent many nights with the tv off watching and playing with them for entertainment
When it comes to pets, dogs may be man's best friends, but cats are man's best entertainment. I'm convinced that the whole myth about cats having nine lives is less about the cat having multiple lives, but rather their ability to give their owners added years to their lives.

That's highly unbelievable. The two cities are a 9.5 hour drive apart, likely further by train, during wartime, after a mass casualty event. And the bombings were 3 days apart.
