This looks like our 2 dogs, 5 puppies were abandoned on the road. We kept 2 and our friends kept 2, one went to the animal rescue my wife works at and was adopted. They look like a cross between a Scottie and grey hound, long legs and they can run like the wind. We have no idea what breed/s they might be.
Yes they were a death machine. I rode one back in the day. The suspension was over sprung, under dampened the the powerband was like a light switch...I seem to remember that model was nick named the widow maker . Some history on the TM/TS 400.
SUZUKI TM400 CYCLONE - The most dangerous bike ever built : Off-Road.com
In 1971, with a great deal of fanfare and hoopla, Suzuki introduced the TM-400 Cyclone motocross bike.hoopla! The press affair was held on a Warner Studios lot and Captain Kirk himself was the celebrity who worked the microphone for the starry-eyed media.www.off-road.com
One of the guys I raced motocross with bought one when they first came out. It handled like a pig and the power band was scary. He was a maniac and crashed and burned at Carlsbad and broke his collar bone and ankle. He was off work for months and the scary part is, he was a pilot for American Airlines.Yes they were a death machine. I rode one back in the day. The suspension was over sprung, under dampened the the powerband was like a light switch...
Is that a 10mm wrench?……
Oh wow! Talk about memories…. I had an ‘88 GSXR-750 that eventually morphed into my track bike after picking up a Honda VFR for street duty. In the midst of that, one of my riding buddies picked up one of those and after just one ride wanted to sell it.Guessing the riders commenting on the other bike would know about this..
I've ridden one, but never owned one (hence, not my pic..)
I've owned ~150bhp liter bikes but the power band on this was nuts..

Adam Savage has a scale tatooed on his forearm - metric and imperial. He uses it all the time. It's not all that uncommon.
