Several years ago I had a 2500 Chevrolet I put in a similar situation.
I went to an estate auction and was not as early as everyone else.
This was out in the boonies and I thought I jackpotted a parking space along the side of the road. I found out that it was open because while the grass was level there's actually a very deep culvert hiding there. I got out of the truck and the rear bumper was five feet up in the air. Wish I still had the pictures of that.
