Pigs roll in stinky stuff just like dogs. They are pretty clean though.
However, and it's a big however, their stinky is on the inside.
Just ask @8pointer how bad ol' Orville's breath is.
He got the full gut burp, right in his face yesterday.
I seriously thought he was gonna puke. ??
May as well have been his ass breathing on me because when he opened that neck hole up it was beyond description....toxic avenger. He's like a family pet though can't be mad at him for stank breath any more than a dog....hilarious watching him roam around he just wants attention like any pet.
And feral hogs out in the wild, not like this pet above, stink to high heaven. My buddy and I have found many a hog after blowing up a sounder at night with thermals by smell. After the first head shots you take what you can get and that often means less than optimal shot placement on a hog running at 20+ mph. We'd take 5 steps into the woods and go 'oh man whew we are close!'. They are covered in pig jizz, urine and crap from the wallows they lay in it's a smell hard to miss.
