I sent a "Thank you" to someone here on SH who did me a favor by shipping me a cannon from the West Coast (that I bought from a closed coast guard station). Had some cash in the thank you gift... also... some great bacon and smoked cheddar and smoked pepperoni. UPS left it on his porch where it got stolen and eaten by a Cougar. And I don't mean his ex-wife.
Never send foodie thank you's to critter country!

They sold out of hotel rooms here... which in April (mud season) usually get 150 - 200 at most... for $800 on up!
But if one looks at the historical weather over Schloss Nitrocellulose on that date, we have only had 3 days in 70 years that aren't cloudy.
Hope to God those rooms are not refundable! Them druids better be happy paying for their cloudy day!
