My oldest son is tall and skinny(like 5th percentile in weight) and did this on a cruise. He was so light the girl helping him had to grab him real quick when he stepped in because he would have shot straight to the ceiling and probably out into the sea

My daughter did this last year , she’s not skinny …but not fat either.
She said her body was sore the next day all over. Claimed her arms and shoulders were trashed.
I’m too old to attempt it , looks fun though.
