'70 was the fastest of GM's. Electra 225 had the large 'stage 1' valved heads.
I got volunteered to repair distribution powerlines in my state of North Carolina that were damaged by Hugo. We worked the rural areas near Albemarle. I specifically remember the name of one community, Frog Pond.

One day after my grandfather and grandmother had a disagreement about something, he told me that we were going fishing.
We sat on that little spring fed slough about 45 minutes to be hour catching big old bluegill.
He finally broke the silence and said
"When God was passing out brains, ours fell into the head of our dick, but because women have a gash, theirs fell smooth out!"
Sat in silence for another 30-40 minutes and he replied with
"God is a jokester, he gave men 2 heads and only enough blood to run one at a time."
In the 12-13yrs I lived with them, other than the cigarette caper, it was the only time I saw them cross with each other and both lasted half a day at best or until breakfast with the cigarette caper.

Well, just hear me out now. If you’ve never combined a nice fresh can of original spam slow fried at low heat then add last night’s ribeye beef steak and some nice fresh eggs. You don’t know what you’re missing.
