So so frustrating when they hire someone like this.
Im ugly and dumb, but dangit, I am nice to people! ?
I spent a lot of time as a charge nurse working through stuff with irate families because of jerks like this.
People are stressed when their loved ones are sick. Being rude does not help.
Some patients and visitors in a hospital are just jerks too and should be appropriately explained to that their asinine behavior isnt welcome.
Told more than a few to straighten or leave.
Also said that to a few nurses.
And got yelled at for saying that to a couple Drs who were giant assholes every minute they were in the hospital.
