Got a new cyclone to demo and thought I would post my experience. Ive read mixed reviews on these, but thought Id try one out. This suppressor is pretty big measuring in at 9 5/8 inches long and 23.15 ounces.

The sound is unbelievable. Hearing protection not required shooting FGMM 168gr. Much quieter than a 22lr. Also shot some 190gr. subsonic from Southwest Ammunition and it is freakishly quiet. Sounds like a childs cap gun. Accuracy was not good at all with the subsonic and had one tumble at 100 yards. Ill do some more testing with that later.

The groups shown below are from 300 yards with a 5 to 10mph wind blowing at my back. Fired 5 rounds without the Cyclone, then 5 shots suppressed, and another 5 shots at the first target without the suppressor again. The gun definately has better in it than this, but I havent shot in a while and couldnt calm my nerves. The target is a 5.5 inch and both groups are under 3 inches with the suppressed group being a little better at around 2 inches. There is a slight POI shift at this distance. Ill be getting a Thunderbeast 30p1 in a few weeks and try both these out head to head.

If weight is your concern, try the Cyclone-K. It supposes to be lighter and shorter than it brother Cyclone.

That's a nice GAP & AAC setup. Would love to have setup like that.
