I'm getting ready to order a Crusader in a .260 Remington and I do not know if an adjustable stock is neccessary? The optic is a USO SN-3 ERGO with the 44mm objective.
I currenty have the optic in a set of Seekin Rings low and the scope has about 3/8"-1/2" clearance on my GAP Rock Rifle with a #5 Bartlein Contour.
I'm afraid I will need to raise the optic as Crusader's Barrel is a little bigger diameter. So I really do not know if the adjustable stock is needed as the objective on the scope is smaller?
I'm trying to keep the weight of the rifle as low as possible going with the 90% shell option, barrel fluting so on and so on and the adjustable stock adds about 1 pound to the build.
Any suggestions would be appreciated......
