GAPrecision Build is DONE!!!!

Just got the call from GAP my rifle build is DONE. I can not wait for it to come in. I am so excited to see it. It has been a long time since i sent everything off. Im sure the wait will be well worth it. I will post pictures and a range report for it when i get it in. I have a NightForce F1 mil/mil in the safe waiting for it.

Remington 700 action barreled with a bartlein Palma barrel w/ a surefire quick connect brake. finished at 20 inches including the brake. In a manners T5. with surgeon DBM. Jewell trigger.

Trust me when I say, the wait is well worth it. GAP's are unlike any other rifles out there. I just got one as well and it amazes me just how accurate and forgiving these are.

Can't wait to see your pics.

The first picture.
Initial impressions are that I LOVE it. I can not wait to get out to the range with it. Hopefully Monday morning. It is exactly what i wanted. Time to mount my harris bipod(for now-I want to put an Atlas on it) NF 20 MOA Unimount, and a NF F1, and as you can tell a SureFire suppressor is needed. (Just got the trust done, its going to be a while before i cough up the dough to order it)

With the NF Unimount, NF F1, Harris, and Sling.

Im thinking that i need to Cerakote the Mag, base, maybe the scope(if i have the balls) and I have never seen a SureFire muzzle brake coated. Can you coat the brake?

Nice! What caliber is it? You should be able to coat the brake, mine has been coated.

Looks short and handy. My next .308 build is going to have a 20" barrel and SF brake on it.
