Looks like two different uppers pictured. Does it have picatinny rails at the end or not? Is it numbered in white on top or not?

Ya it appears that one of these is indeed the NSN rail, the other looks like an MK4 rail to me. I would be interested if its the mk4 you are selling.

Let me ask the G team I know pretty well, whats out there.
I know a guy has a 13 that was chopped to 11 15/16 for some reason, it's pretty mint but it's been chopped...
