Rifle Scopes Geissele Super Precision scope mount work well on bolt action?

I have one of these laying around completely unopened. I switched plans on building a 308 AR and am looking into Bergara or Tikka bolt guns. How do you guys think this mount will do compared to badger, nightforce or other quality traditional mount?

They will work just fine, however depending on your setup, they will most likely be too tall. I'm running one on an RPR and AICS AX which both require a ring height about the same as that of an AR.

Ahh, you're right. I just looked it up and the Geissele that I have, the SR25 standard mount, is 1.54in, and the Badger ultra high rings are 1.4in. Well, it probably won't be a great option after all.

Tad high on my 700 when i swich move it from my AR. Not a deal breaker tho.
