Has anyone heard of what is happening w/GT's Suppressor program they had a while back?

My dealer told me he had to have the $$$ by a certain day inorder to get in on the Suppressor program. I did, he did and all so far all I know is GT got the $$$ held onto the $$$ for maybe a month or so [not sure of the time frame] before submitting/paying to somebody or something....???????(

After a few [3] calls to GT I still have not been informed as to what is going on; and they asked for and received my email address and I've heard nothing via email from GT...!!!

Which seems odd because many of you have stepped up with postive information about GT and their service...

Receipt date for my $$$ is dated 6-14-2010 and they held that $ for a month. So I am just wondering if anyone else who got in on this offer, is as cluelss as I am, about what is going on?

At the time I had some Suppressor cash ... going with the Shark was on the far outskirts becauser of the total cost; in retrospect my next one will be a Shark, Dave's biggest and baddest for my magnum rifles...

Re: GemTech and they pay the $200 fee program...

i took advantage of the "gemtax" promotion and bought a sandstorm my local dealer had in stock. was saving for a shark, but for the money i went with the sandstorm, anyway there was a deadline on when you could submit a completed form 4 to them for a qualifying suppressor and they would pay the tax and send to the atf. if i remember correctly the deadline was april 14 or tax day. did youre dealer have the can in stock? did you just pay him? gemtech followed through above expectaions with my forms. called to make sure they got them, then they sent out a postcard when they sent the paperwork and check to the atf.

My Gemtech promotion has gone without a hitch. Maybe your class 3 dealer can make a call on your behalf? I have heard nothing but good things about the folks at GT and their organization FWIW.

The Gemtech rep is also on arfcom quite a bit in the suppressor section. Post this there and I'm sure he will get hold of you quick.

As suggested I posted on NFA, at 6:19 a.m. CST.

Just got home 1303pm and found all the info I need via an Email from G-Tech...I am elated....
