What primer? If you're running SRP brass might be the issue.

7 1/2 are pretty hot for SRPs. I had some issues with consistency running just under 40gr of Staball 6.5 in a 6 GT that I suspect might have been the result of using 450s to light that much ball powder. I've never had any issues with ball powder in similar or larger charges with LRPs, just a thought.

i do have a very light trigger .i could maybe try a different lower

There are numerous possibilities here are a few that come to mind:

Moisture in the case on reloading
Obstructed Flash hole
Compressed powder charge (with ball powder)
Bad powder
Primers not seated properly
Bad Primers
Pure speculation Crap in the firing system (hammer hanging up or binding on release)

Is this a new load or previously proven load? Is this batch old or recently loaded? What changed? What case? Load? Bullet?

as it was just a test of different powders i'm not overly concerned if or if not it worked . imr8208 xbr is doing better with the 100 gr, anyway.
