Guy has to be mentally ill. IMO, you don't need a doctor to diagnose most mental illness --some folks are just "out there" and diagnosed for shit they don't have but the ones that are truly touched are obvious and seldom have the resources for treatment and go undiagnosed.

I bet 1J04 has some stories about this.

You gotta wonder about a guy with "Fuck The World" tattoo'd under the left eye though!
