glock .22 conversions, is one as good as another?

Re: glock .22 conversions, is one as good as another?

They are both quality products. I use the Advantage Arms model. I remember hearing about some "teething" problems when the Tac-Sol was first introduced. They are a quality company, and those problems I believe have been resolved.

Just know this...BOTH will only be reliable with certain ammo. I do not think you could go wrong with either.

Have played with both, own the Advantage Arms kit. Don't see a whole lot of difference in them performance wise. The AA kit ejector will fall out if your not careful (when cleaning, not while firing). I have shot my buds TacSol and it has the same problem with the threaded barrel. No matter what we tried both of them would shead the adapter when trying to take the can off. The little wrench works to overcome this issue, but its annoying and after bending/losing a few wrenchs ... I just silver soldered the damn thread adapter on the barrel. Makes cleaning a little tricky but works. I like the sites on the AA better. The new TAC SOL (if im reading their website right) doesn't seem to use a thread adapter, big bonus
