Where would one find gloves like these? Also if anyone has any gloves that they really like I'd be interested to take a look. Not a fan of what I've got now.

they look like HATCH operators. i like the old school flight gloves or the oakleys. Although ive been using a pair of fox motocycle gloves lately.

If you're looking for a "mild cold" weather glove (down to low 20s F if you're inactive, or lower if you're active), check out the Camelbak Cold Weather Glove. They are quite warm without being bulky, and have a snug fit and good grip. The tactile feel and dexterity is good. (I have no trouble tying a shoelace with the gloves on).

HWI makes Tac/Operator type gloves that outlast most similar gloves. They are not a winter glove, but plenty warm for range days in the 30's.

Those are definitely Hatch Operators in the photo (or a knock off of same). I was issued several sets of those back in the day. One pair was really good, one pair fell apart and one pair literally had the thumbs sewn shut and seams on the fingers not sewn at all when I opened the package. If you want those, I would only buy them from a store front where I could inspect before purchase. I have a ton of gloves as they are an important piece of equipment to me after breaking my left hand three times. This is one piece of gear that I highly recommend buying in person. Inevitably, there will be fit issues even with same model/size/brand. I try on pairs and even mix/match left and rights from different pairs to find ones that fit properly. Proper fit makes the difference.

I love my Wiley X Hybrid gloves. They have removeable knuckles and fit my hand very well. I have no problem loading mags or doping my scope with them. When it gets colder, I wear a pair of Under Armour as a base layer and put the Wiley X over top. Works great for me. Here's a link to the website:

I like the oakley gloves if you don't mind coughing up the dough. A buddy of mine works for them so I get them pretty cheap. They are great gloves. I love the CF knuckle protector for working on my car, saves me from a lot of bloody knuckles.

I would say Hatch Operator short gloves in the pix.
I am on my second pr of Hatch Operator HK. I find them sized one size small and the Kevlar does not stretch or give.
