I just had a 30 inch model delivered today, 68 pounds of steel to drink adult beverages by. The steel construction is substantial. My wife is happy with her Christmas present.

We looked at the Chinese ones and are very happy we went this way.

30 inch Chinese were price comparable and there is no way they would be as solid as this one....

i really like those, thick enough and very good looking...
i use a 24 inch pipe that i cut on a 45 degrees, i place it on top of 3 road bricks, and have burned the equivalent amount of wood as the city of chicago...
i use mine daily, even in summer since 96...

That's great and that ash made looks like good lawn fertilizer.

You guys with skills need to cut a non skilled guy like me a small break and please understand the wife fails to understand the beauty of a nicely sculpted piece of steel burn pipe.

Nothing radiates heat like a 4ft chunk of 5/8's steel pipe. The guys that use to set up Elk camp across from my place had epic camp fires and cold beer.
Kinda miss those boys.

the thing is, i have a big mouth, i tell the young kids to get off their ass and make kindling wood...
bundle it and sell it for a buck, no grow person is going to turn it down...
well. the kids thing didnt work out, so...
i did it, i will put as many in a soup can that will fit and rubber band it...
give them away to good customers...
i spread them out that way to dry them, the sun has been crazy hot

its all about the radiant heat, i can sit 8 ft away on a 40 degree night with the blaze on
