Gunsmithing Good riflesmith in NE Ohio?

I have a Winchester M-70 Classic stainless (30-06) that I'd like to have worked over a bit by a quality riflesmith.

I'd like the action bedded in the laminate stock, new 1-piece Williams bottom metal fitted, a stock crossbolt installed, a scope mounted, and maybe a touch of trigger work on the factory unit. I'd like to keep business local if I can. Is there anyone in NE Ohio you'd recommend?
