I seriously doubt that anyone here has seen very many winds that blow steadily at 10.00 MPH.

That is the seminal flaw in assuming one can calculate the behavior of a bullet in advance of its launch. Nothing about what we do is related directly to precision, because nothing in the real world is as precise as our presumptions would suggest.

My response would be to favor the left by about an inch or two. If you're off, it's probably not by enough to spare the life of that P-Dog. Besides, the shooter who can hold to less than the cirular error probability of their system is probably a lot harder to find in a mirror than many of us might be thinking.
