I find it hilarious anyone thinks our incompetent government could actually manipulate hurricanes.

I'd believe they've tried dumb stuff. I'd believe they've been milked for research grants about weather manipulation.


I also believe there have been hurricanes that have originated in the Gulf but didn't do nearly as much damage so they're not remembered. But that's easily found by a Google search so it can't be as reliable as an old farts memory.
