Great Run Today

[Dave in Idaho]

4 1/2 miles into my 8 mile run today and the MP3 is crankin' out Flight of the Valkyries from Apocalypse Now, a personal favorite. As I am rockin this I feel, then hear a helo. I look around in time to get buzzed by our local Life Flight headin to the airport. What a rush! Best mile time of the run.
That MP3 has changed the way I feel about my running.
No real information in this post just a cool day and a good run.

Dave, I like hearing this sort of thing. It is good for moral. Makes me want to get out. I know you said there is no real info in your post, but it is appreciated anyway. I'm already looking forward to my morning run.

My favorite part about running is when the mind wanders off and suddenly you have run 10 miles and your feeling like a champ!
