Just wanted to take the chance to introduce myself to you all. I wanted to learn about long-range shooting skills and finally found this sight which looks like the place to be.
I was an Army Medic back in the '80's, hunted elk in Colorado (6x6 @ 450yds), deer in WV and Ohio (50 yards), trapped in my earlier years (Jr. high school through high school) and am looking forward to a new dimension of the shooting sports. I'm primarily trying to educate myself on what to buy so I get it right the first time. My budget is probably medium for the population so I will buy quality but I need to do diligent homework since I can't afford big ticket buying mistakes.
Anyway, I hope to put together a quality package and hopefully get the chance to meet some of you at one of the long range shoots someday. Take care!
