Brad, welcome to the hide. I live in Dixon, which is 20 miles east of you. Your nearest place to shoot long range is the Sacramento Valley Shooting center unless you want to head out on some BLM land with some steel.

Ive joined a local shooting club, Twin Sisters, up here in fairfield. Decent price for 13 months, (200$) and ranges out to about 345 at Max. I'm looking forward to making the trip out to Sac Valley sometime soon, but ive got to get my ammo situation sorted first. I dont do handloads yet, and 175gr GMM is getting stupid expensive.
