Gun bill being fast tracked through the senate....

Heard Ernst on the radio this morning claiming it doesn't infringe on any "law abiding" person's 2A. Bullshit. It won't end, we will complain amongst ourselves while our ruling class disarm us.

Hmmmm....you know the ruling classes have names and addresses too. Just like the Supreme court justices they are trying to intimidate through their sycophants.
Torches and pitchforks anyone? You know, peacefully displayed, for any of you alphabet agency pukes out there.
Do you think the double standard would be in play??

Of course it would. The left has done far more to the SCOTUS due to not being able to murder babies with federal protection that Jan 6. And we on the right are cowards and pretty much worthless when it comes to actually standing up for ourselves or getting in their faces. We will never do such a thing because the right is to civilized to "stoop to their level" or we use the use the jobs excuse but our enemy has no problem doing whatever it takes to win.

Every damn day if it means the alternative is slavery to the state.

You know when you get a new puppy and you have an older dog that's already trained and obident because the older dog is going to help train the new puppy to fall in line and abide by the house rules? It's a little dog training trick fit some people use. The problem is we've been trained since we were puppies by older dogs to be obedient to our masters just like they are.

The American people no longer possess the ability or the desire of rebellion, and no longer realize that to actually have their freedoms they have to look past what they believe to be true about how we live in the society. Every single plank the Communist manifesto has been achieved by government, nothing will improve until we refuse to comply with laws that should not exist or push back against their unlawful actions.

People automatically assume that push back means from 0 to guns blazing but thats not it. The simple act of saying no in unison and defiance to something that should not be. No one sees the middle ground anymore, no one sees simply standing back and saying you know what, we're not going to do this bullshit you need to come up with a different solution or you need to just go away. Whats worse is when one person does stand up and the rest of the group stands back and says "eh we don't know that guy hes a little crazy." We're not United as a nation, we don't have each other's backs, we would rather fight bitterly with each other about 1911 versus Glock then we would fight with the politicians who choose to take them from us.

Today we had a big win in the Supreme Court for may issue and shall issue gun permits, but why aren't we asking why the government can issue us a permit for something that is supposed to be alright when that is clearly against the Constitution and against what a right is? These are the questions we should be asking.

We have a group in our state that works with the sheriff to support and uphold the Constitution and to support them refusing these unlawful laws and orders. That's what we need to do, we need to be more involved at the local level because the feds are going to continue to be in their isolated little bubble turning us into their good little serfs. That's one answer to this the other answer is we have to take back our schools because if we do not have an educated population to take over for us we are going to lose the long game, and that's how the enemies of liberty are winning.

LOL at this bill.

I think the ONLY thing that will stick after today's ruling is the age requirement and the juvenile reporting. The juvenile stuff I've agreed with for a long time as teenage shitbirds don't just magically stop being shitbirds when they hit 18. Usually its the opposite; if they're already shitbirds, they're going to just continue becoming bigger shitbirds.

Red Flag bullshit is literally a total contradiction of the ruling today, especially now that it's been deemed to be in the actual Constitution that the right to defend yourself anywhere outside of the home is within the 2nd Amendment. You can't just write some bullshit law that says oh but we can take that away, without any due process because someone thinks you're bad.

Get fucked.

What does the group in your state or the sheriffs they work with think of the unconstitutional federal gov’t and its men in your state? A man can’t say he is upholding the constitution and overlook and ignore this truth.

Have not seen the specifics in this yet, maybe by design, but surely there is something in there that could be construed as violating the 'shall not be infringed' clause, making it subject to SC challenge?

I don't know a ton about the group because I just started working with them but I do know that should red flag laws pass at the state or federal level the Sheriff has stated they will not be enforced. If it wasn't fighting bureaucracy at the police academy this time last year I would have already been employed by his department and aside from that I've worked with them before at calls being EMS. I know many of the deputies, and they are not like the city cops from where I use to live.

I haven't spoken with any of them on their enforcing other unconstitutional laws such as class 3 weapons, but given the opportunity, I will.

If that was the case I'd have been able to but the USS Iowa out of mothballs for anti piracy work just like we use to be able to do when the ships were tall and wooden.

While Newton’s laws were about physics, the concept of action and reaction, of cause and effect, could be applied in other areas, such as violent people who use guns to kill others. Notice I said violent people, not gun violence.

Instead of starting with guns, we should begin at the beginning. If voters elect liberal district attorneys and liberal judges who release dangerous criminals, sometimes with low or no bail, that is an action. The opposite reaction is that many of them will commit new crimes.

As the conservative Heritage Foundation notes, “The most prominent rogue prosecutors are George Gascon in Los Angeles, Chesa Boudin in San Francisco, Kim Foxx in Chicago, Larry Krasner in Philadelphia, Marilyn Mosby in Baltimore, Kimberly Gardner in St. Louis, and Rachael Rollins in Boston.”

There are others, like Milwaukee district attorney John Chisholm."

Prohibitions don't prevent anybody from obtaining proscribed contraband. Laws don't prevent shit. Else, many things would just never happen, yet they do and shitty people do shitty things all the time, regardless of law.

However, I do see one method that seems to solve "gun violence" in mere seconds...I count 6 of those seconds in this case:

Red Flag laws break 2A & 4A (they get a two-few on destroying the Constitution). I'm guessing this will pass, because of the spineless RINOs; it will go to SC, made unconstitutional, and yet the bill will still be used.

Laws just as you said aren’t used or intended to prevent crime. They are to control the law biding. Laws always end up selectively enforced and weaponized to meet a desired goal or outcome. The only way to reduce the criminal population is if criminals fear everyday people. Law enforcement (gov) prevents this from happening for one reason. Control.

Locally is where we can fix most of these problems, but most don't pay any attention to local elections. School boards, Attorneys, judges in some states, Sheriff's office, lots of places to get good folks you can actually talk to.

Not that I’m surprised with Mitch’s statement here but he said he wanted to pass this gun control package to shore up suburban voters that have been lost in the past.

“It is no secret that we have lost ground in suburban areas," McConnell said. "We pretty much own rural and small town America, and I think this is a sensible solution to the problem before us, which is school safety and mental health and, yes, I hope it will be viewed favorably by voters in the suburbs we need to regain in order to hopefully be a majority next year."

So he offered up gun control to get the white female suburbanite vote.
What a cuck. This won’t do anything to pick up the Karen vote.

This is what happens when Fox News & mainstream conservative media spent the last 6 months bragging about the big red wave coming in November & how the republicans will save us all. Mitch was stoked he had a chance to jump on the gun control band wagon.

A recent poll showed the only voting block that still had positive or favorable numbers for Biden was white female suburban voters @ +20% all other groups were down or negative.

So Mitch can’t look a gift horse in the mouth and take a win. No they have to sell us down the river for Karen.

Im done with this charade. As I wrote in my letter to Cornyn if the republicans pass this bill I’m voting for his democrat challenger in 2026. It’s virtually impossible to primary a sitting US Senator due to name ID & there are no term limits either. Only way to remove them from office & start over is to vote in a democrat senator.

If these republicans consistently vote like a democrat then it’s time to vote them out by voting for their democrat challenger.

Senator Chuck Grassley in Iowa is running for re-election & he’s 88 years old! He’s been primaried many times & he’s still there. No term limits & he’s still there.

It's the SYSTEM itself that is rotten my man. Voting for a dem is still participating in THEIR SYSTEM. The way forward is we in numbers have to start removing ourselves from THEIR SYSTEM. Imagine if the everyday man would just stop voting in THEIR elections, stop paying THEIR fines, stop renewing THEIR licenses and registrations, and refuse to pay taxes that ultimately fund the degeneracy we have and the attacks on our culture, and take power back from THEIR police. If enough people are convinced to remove themselves from this cycle of abuse, things will change. It's the ONLY way.

Got a bit wordy once I started, but here’s my first draft to Cornyn’s office. I’ll pare it down a good bit before I hit send.

Senator Cornyn,

I send this with regrets; you once, ostensibly, stood for your constituents and our country. However, your recent actions opened my eyes to the fact that yet another person who swore an oath to protect The Constitution has succumbed to the sweet promise of the poison apple that is DC.

Shame on you Senator.

You’re wise enough to see the precipice upon which our nation rests, and smart enough to understand the outcome of your decisions. Yet you proceeded with abandon…abandoning your principles and those of your constituents along the way.

I once campaigned for you, but will now actively engage in a recall effort to remove you from office. It brings me no pleasure to take these actions, but you no longer represent us, your constituents.

I hope you come to your senses and remember that your legacy, and that of our children far outweigh any short-term gains you were promised by the swamp.

Good day sir,

yeah, yeah…quoting my own post like the whore that I am. LOL

Finally got the expected form letter email reply from Cornyn’s office:

fuck him and his “ common sense” gun laws. No more. We’ve already had so many of our rights infringed…not one inch more.

Gonna work even harder to have his ass recalled after this insulting and trite response.
