Gun room steel peg board

I know it’s a bit of a different “equipment” thread but I’m trying to set up plans for my new safe/gun room. I’m thinking of going with 8x8’ of steel peg board should be sufficient for 10 long rifles and a couple handfuls of pistols on hooks at the bottom. Anyone have a similar setup and use more or less space? Looking at diamond life gears website and want my gun room to look like the prepper on Tremors’ room....only using steel and covered in high end customs. If anyone has pics they would be appreciated.

This is what I have in my garage. They are much better than the plastic ones that I started with, but those will eventually deform when they have heavy things handing from them. I bought mine from Sears, but this is what comes up when I punch in the product code.

Building a similar idea based off slat wall...used the gladiator stuff from lowes.
