Having been through a stupid lawsuit before. No one wins. Money is just spent throwing rounds back and forth. I hope for everyone's sake this is just dropped.

This goes with the adage of "once you start paying for a lawyer, you've already lost." I know we have a few lawyers here, but I have faith that the context will be clear. I have 'heard about' awards of 'penalties' and whatnot,,,, but does anyone actually know of a case where the "awardee" actually benefitted, and not the "system" above them?

A great example of how the "awardee's" don't benefit is class action lawsuits. It's like buying a tub of butter and expecting to butter a whole bunch of slices. Unfortunately, the attorneys take a third of the tub before the first slice is buttered. Either the "spread" is too thin to do any good, or some slices end up with none at all.
I've always been suspicious of a system that rewards attorneys best if the solution is a long time in coming.
Frank has come a long way from his days of fast roping out of the helicopter ride in front of Walmart and I'm happy to have been able to watch his success in his chosen field.
