Gunsmithing Gunsmith in Raleigh NC area?

Hey guys, looking for a gunsmith to help with the installation of a Mosin barrel/action into a Archangel stock. The fit is a bit rough, and I don't have the tools to get a nice bed. Any suggestions appreciated.

Didn't know Kapp had moved. That's a nice spot, and the new range/store NRG is building will give him a bigger shop area inside their facility. I've had some work done by him before. He's good, just hard to catch up with.
