Gunsmithing gunsmith in San diego

do you guys know their work? I have come across several gunsmiths, but all work on hand guns. I want to true my rem 700. I don't know why I cant see the posts when i'am signed in. I have too do a search about what I posted to see what you guys replied.
Thank you guys.

Both smiths I recomended have done work for me. Ray currently has a 6.5 Creedmore in progress for me. Randall has done work for me as well. Both smiths shoot tactical matches and are a wealth of information. I know and have seen him (Raandall) post in here from time to time.

I'm in SD and made the drive to Randy at RD Precision (HateCA on here) R+D Precision
He only helped me find out that the sear on my Timney was too short, which was remedied by Timney, but he was very courteous and helpful. I've shot a few of his rifles through others at some of the ranges around here and all shot great. After the short bit of time I spent with him I'll be coming to him when it's finally time to rebarrel my 700. Randall has also helped me with an AR, and I will echo the same about him. Even from limited experience both were pleasurable experiences and their professionalism carried.

I love San Diego-who doesn't? One of the nice things about San Diego, is you're close to Arizona, good smiths in AZ-and it gives you an excuse to take a day trip-and eat the best Mexican food in the South West.

I love San Diego too, that's why is getting so expensive to live here, the down side is that I don't have time to go to AZ. But lobe those tacos.

Not any that don't cost an arm and a leg. The only one I know (relatively close) is out near the border (near Delzura), about 1.5 hrs from Mira Mar. South Bay Rod & Gun club. It only goes to 300yds though. Other than that it is the desert or nothing (about 2hrs each way), and with temps right now, it'll be a few months until it is anywhere near bearable.

Camp Pendleton does have the Santa Margarita Gun Club (if you're military, retiree etc.). Goes out to 600yds (Wilcox Range).
