Gunsmithing Gunsmith to shorten stock fore end and open up barrel channel

I have a Remington 700 Sa with a 9.5 inch barrel. The barrel is a Douglas #7. Is there any smiths out there that would shorten the forearm and open the barrel channel up on a hs precision stock ( or manners) to fit the barreled action?

I am trying not to have a new stock built if I can help it.
